Artinia Group Pushes into Navy Fleet Readiness with Strategic Growth investment in TMMG

San Diego, CA and Boston, MA – December 16, 2025: Artinia Group, a lower middle market private equity firm focused on partnering with exceptional family-owned and operator-led businesses, announced it has made a strategic growth investment in Chesapeake, VA-based TMMG, a leading provider of systems engineering and life cycle asset management services to U.S. defense agencies. The investment was made in partnership with Gemini Investors and True West Capital Partners and will strengthen TMMG’s capabilities in naval architecture and marine engineering, weapons systems and integration, test and evaluation, training, logistics, and program management. TMMG’s management team will continue to lead the company in its expanded growth pursuits and ongoing mission to support our nation’s warfighters by ensuring the readiness and availability of the US fleet of ships across the Navy, Coast Guard, and Military Sealift Command.
